Hazy IPA
This round of Experimental Eddy is an amalgamation of some experimental hops we've had in the works in our R&D program plus some new hazy DIPA techniques we've been wanting to try. We certainly recognize living on the cutting edge of brewing has its risks, so a healthy amount of Galaxy throughout the brew was our ultimate insurance policy.
Notes of sweet stone fruit, light piney spice, ripe peach, and resin.
Preposterously Hopped with:
- Galaxy & Idaho 7 + Altus Salvo in WP
- Galaxy & 630 at capping
- Dry Hop 2: Galaxy, Luminosa, 630, 472, & 586
