Big Grove Brewery is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for all genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, physical appearances, body sizes, races, and religions. We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying, harassment, or hate speech towards our guests, employees, vendors, or community partners.

If misconduct should happen, employees are encouraged to report any incident to their supervisor or HR, jill@biggrove.com. We Respect Program and crisis hotline phone numbers, including Iowa Sexual Harassment & Violence, are posted in guest and employee areas of the brewery.
Customers who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination from an employee or fellow customer that conflicts with Big Grove Brewery’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism policies and initiatives can and should report incidents to the We Respect Program provided by the Skywalk Group at 319-984-8400. This program is designed as a way to report concerns, questions, complaints, suggestions, and/or comments to an objective third-party.
