We're extremely honored to collaborate with Jackie Akerberg for the THIRD time to host an all-vegan and gluten-free dinner! This dinner will take place in our Crescent Room and you will be seated with 80+ of your new best friends.
Doors will open at 5pm for a cocktail hour and mingling. At 6pm, we will get everyone seated for dinner and begin serving. Following dinner, there will be a social hour to purchase The Clean Vegan Cookbook, get it signed, talk with Jackie, and chat about all things vegan.
Our menu for this dinner includes:
• Handheld Salad - Beet salad with tofu ricotta, candied walnuts & balsamic vinaigrette, baby romaine leaves
• Fried Squash Blossoms - “Cream cheese blend”, tempura fried, sweet & spicy orange sauce
•Eggplant Shawarma - Creamy curry roasted red pepper marinated eggplant, pita bread, hummus, confit onion & tomato relish, tofu & cucumber raita
• Mushroom Cream Tagliatelle - Creamy mushroom sauce, oyster mushrooms, spinach tagliatelle, pesto
• Dutch Apple Sorbet - Honey crisp apple sorbet, caramel sauce
with brown “butter” crumble
Jackie is the creator of Jackfruitful Kitchen and the author of the Clean Vegan Cookbook. Our Chef de Cuisine, Dale Rinderman, and Jackie have curated the menu based on Jackie's recipes with a Big Grove twist. The ticket price includes a delicious welcome cocktail, a complimentary pint of any Big Grove beer, a five-course dinner, and gratuity for our wonderful staff. Any additional drink purchases are welcome.
