Kick off the New Year with intention at The Mindful Meal, a hands-on healthy cooking class designed to inspire balance, creativity, and confidence in the kitchen. Join us Tuesday, January 27 for an interactive evening led by one of our talented chefs, focused on building a flavorful, well-rounded meal you can recreate at home.

In this guided class, our chefs will walk you through preparing a three-course Thai-inspired menu, designed to be nourishing, balanced, and approachable to recreate at home.

You’ll learn techniques, tips, and thoughtful approaches to cooking a balanced menu from start to finish, including:

🥗 Starter: Asian Salad
🍜 Entrée: Stir Fry Noodle Bowl

This intimate class is perfect for anyone looking to reset in the new year, learn new skills, or simply enjoy a mindful night out. Spots are limited to keep the experience personal—only 6 cooking stations (2 people per station)—for a relaxed, personalized experience.
