Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own decorations?
You can absolutely decorate the space! We do not allow glitter or confetti. We also do not allow tape on the painted walls. Suction cup hooks, clips and tape can be used to hang decorations from the glass garage door and the exterior garage doors.
Can we bring in our own food?
Outside food and beverages is not allowed with the exception of dessert.
What A/V is available?
We have a projector you can hook up for any presentation needs. Please bring your own laptop and any attachments you might need for an HDMI connection. We have one wireless microphone available. All A/V equipment comes with the space and is no additional cost.
Can I play my own music or bring a band?
Yes! If you are looking to bring in a band or a DJ, let us know and we can work together to make it happen! If you want to play your own music, please bring your own laptop and any attachments you might need for an HDMI connection.
I am not looking for a private event space, I just want to make a reservation
Reservations are available Monday - Thursday by calling us at 515-777-2337. Reservations are not available Friday - Sunday. However, we invite guests to call ahead for seating parties of 12 or more.
Can we have separate tabs?
Yes! Feel free to submit in inquiry so we can walk through this process together.
Are kids allowed?
We are a family-friendly brewery and all ages are welcome!
Do you have more than just beer?
Yes! We have beer, wine, cocktails, seltzers, ciders, Climbing Kites, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Can I decorate the space early?
You are more than welcome to decorate the space one hour before the start time of the event
Can I order more food during the event in the instance we run out?
While we can't guarantee additional items for your buffet, we will always do our best to accommodate. If you're concerned about running out of food, we recommend ordering a bit extra, just to be safe!
Can I rent the entire brewery?
Yes! Feel free to submit an inquiry so we can talk through options!
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit but rather require a card on file. This will be sent in our booking procedure along with an agreement. This card is not charged unless our cancellation policy is not met.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sunday - Friday AM/Saturday AM: We require a 72-hour notice for cancellation. If we do not receive a 72-hour notice, the card on file will be charged $750 or the food bill, whichever is lower, and be retained by Venue.
Friday & Saturday PM Events only: We require a 72-hour notice if cancellation is necessary. If we do not receive a 72-hour notice, the card on file will be charged $1,500 or the food bill, whichever is lower, and be retained by Venue.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that may require the cancellation of your event. If a cancellation occurs, but the client wants to reschedule, the card on file will not be charged. If rescheduled, the event must occur within 365 days from the original event date and based on the Venue’s availability.
If you cannot provide the 72-hour cancellation notice, any payments made will be used to cover labor, food costs, and loss of revenue.
