You can absolutely decorate the space! We do not allow glitter or confetti. We also do not allow tape on the painted walls. Suction cup hooks, clips and tape can be used to hang decorations from the glass garage door and the exterior garage doors.

We have a projector you can hook up for any presentation needs. Please bring your own laptop and any attachments you might need for an HDMI connection. We have one wireless microphone available. All A/V equipment comes with the space and is no additional cost.

Yes! If you are looking to bring in a band or a DJ, let us know and we can work together to make it happen! If you want to play your own music, please bring your own laptop and any attachments you might need for an HDMI connection.

Reservations can be made for any day of the week, but fill up quickly. Call 319-200-8674 to make a reservation. We encourage all guests to call ahead an hour before their arrival time to be added to the waitlist. This does not guarantee a spot, but can shorten the wait time once you arrive.

Outside food and beverages is not allowed with the exception of dessert.

You are more than welcome to decorate the space one hour before the start time of the event.

Yes! Our team will do their best to accommodate any food additions during the event. Please note that we may not be able to add something that is on the menu and might have to supplement it with another item.

We do not require a deposit but a card on file. This will be sent in our booking procedure along with an agreement. This card is not charged unless our cancellation policy is not met.

Sunday - Friday AM/Saturday AM: We require a 5-day notice for cancellation. If we do not receive a 5-day notice, the card on file will be charged $750 or the food bill, whichever is lower, and be retained by Venue. Any event cancelled within 8 hours of the event start-time will be charged for the items ordered and gratuity noted on the BEO.

Friday & Saturday PM Events only: We require a 72-hour notice if cancellation is necessary. If we do not receive a 72-hour notice, the card on file will be charged $1,500 or the food bill, whichever is lower, and be retained by Venue. Any event cancelled within 8 hours of the event start-time will be charged for the items ordered and gratuity noted on the BEO.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that may require the cancellation of your event. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours to 5 days, but the client wants to reschedule, the card on file will not be charged. If rescheduled, the event must occur within 365 days from the original event date and based on the Venue’s availability. 

If you cannot provide the 5-day cancellation notice, any payments made will be used to cover labor, food costs, and loss of revenue.
