🌱 VEGAN PRIX FIXE AT BIG GROVE SOLON 🌱

Mark your calendars! Join us on January 27th for an exclusive, plant-based dining experience that celebrates the deep flavors of winter. Our chefs have crafted a stunning 3-course menu that proves vegan dining is anything but ordinary.

The Menu: 
🥔 1st: Winter Turnip and Potato – Shaved fresh turnips, crispy chips, potato confit, and a bright lemon nutmeg vinaigrette. 
🥬 2nd: Charred Cabbage Steak – Red cabbage with savory au jus, silky leek & potato puree, and a horseradish kick. 
🍫 3rd: Old Fashioned Chocolate Mousse – Rich chocolate mousse, bourbon chocolate sauce, and roasted Marcona almonds.
