Refund Policy

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return, please email jill@biggrovebrewery.com to get the process started. You will need to return the items to Big Grove Brewery; PO Box 2957; Iowa City, IA 52244.

If you are exchanging an item, we will send out the exchange upon receipt. If you would like a refund, we will refund the card charged at the time of purchase within (5) days of the receipt of your return. All returns/exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To begin the process of executing your return, please reach out via email to jill@biggrovebrewery.com.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

EXCHANGES

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and receive the correct sized item. If you would like to process an exchange for a different size, please reach out via email to jill@biggrovebrewery.com.
