RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email merch@biggrovebrewery.com to get the process started. We are happy to email you a prepaid shipping label. If possible, please use the same package in which you received your item.
If you are exchanging an item, we will send out the exchange upon receipt of the original item. If you would like a refund, we will refund the card charged at the time of purchase within (5) days of the receipt of your return. All returns/exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you live near one of our taprooms, you are welcome to return or exchange your items at one or our locations with in 30 days of purchase. Please see the host or ask your server to process the exchange, and please be sure to have your order number available.
Refunds without a receipt or order number will receive credit towards Big Grove merch that is equal current value of the item at the time of the return.
