FAQ
A valid ID and proof of purchase (order number).
You’re invited to pick up the goods on behalf of a friend, so long as you have their order number and a copy of their ID.
All locations will be open during normal business hours on the date of pick-up, Saturday, March 14th, and will open at 11am.
Bottle pickup will run from 11:00 AM-9:00 PM and customers will have 48 hours from open on Saturday to pick-up their bottles.
This special release is available only in Big Grove taprooms and is pre-sale only.
All purchase locations are final as we need to allocate inventory through distributors to each taproom for pickup. If you have any questions, please send us an email at contact@biggrovebrewery.com and we'll do our best to accommodate requests.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please send us an email at contact@biggrovebrewery.com. Please note, your beer order is held for pickup at the taproom for 48 hours after our release date. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee a timely pickup process if you have not contacted us otherwise.
