You can expect a decadent mouthfeel, with tasting notes of sweet chocolate and brownie batter complemented by oak, dark cherry, and molasses. When a particular barrel stands on its own in showing depth of flavor it deserves its own spotlight. This Buffalo Trace Mash #2 barrel had exquisite notes of dark cherry, port and a perfect balance of bourbon. This extremely Limited variant does not have any vanilla added to allow the beer and barrel the spotlight.
