Pulse Dance Fitness Class

Join us for a FREE Pulse Dance Class at Big Grove Brewery & Taproom on Sunday, October 25th at 10:00 AM. 

Stay after class to mingle over a well-deserved complimentary mimosa to make this a true Sunday Funday!

Must pre-register to attend. If you do not have an existing profile with Pulse, you will need to first create one and sign our liability waiver to register and attend class. All participants must be at least 14 years old to participate and 21 years old to consume alcohol. 

Class Description: Pulse Dance is an exhilarating cardio class that will torch calories and negativity while having fun & losing yourself to the moves and music! This follow the leader format consists of easy to follow, repetitive choreographed dances set to pop, club and hip-hop music. We will spike your heart rate and then bring it down for a few beats while incorporating athletic toning movements for a total body sweat session. No prior dance experience necessary. Don't forget your water!

Class is located at Big Grove Brewery & Taproom located at 555 17th St, Des Moines, IA 50309. Class will be held on their heated patio or weather pending, will be moved indoors.
